The additional storage will be added to your company-wide storage pool and can be assigned to any of your enabled site collections as necessary.
 Since SharePoint Online Extra Storage can be purchased at $2.50 per GB, per month, it makes sense for business users to purchase for more space, if purchasing less than 20 GB of additional space per month. Since each subscription seat of SharePoint Online comes with 0.25 GB of space, if users require more space, it is possible to purchase additional space per gigabyte in addition to the monthly subscription price. SharePoint Online also offers other options for additional users, including the Deskless Worker Suite, which offers a lighter read-only version of SharePoint Online and Exchange Online user subscriptions. |
