Your Responsibilities:

• Be Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provide a single point of contact for those projects.
• Manage projects that cross multiple functional areas. Interface with all areas affected by the project including end users, shared services, computer services, and external vendor services.
• Manage a project team of developers and system administrators
• Define project scope and objectives and document requirements
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Conduct project meetings and be responsible for project tracking and analysis.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables. Manage the integration of vendor tasks, and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to project team.
• Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.
• Provide all required status updates to project team, users, and various levels of management as appropriate.

What We Look For:

• Minimum 5+ years experience managing multiple, projects with an emphasis on systems, technologies and business process in a high-pressure environment
• Experience with SDLC methodologies and structured systems analysis and design preferred
• Ability to provide analytical, technical and business expertise to the team
• Ability to communicate concisely and candidly
• Web development skills in .NET, PHP5, Javascript, HTML, CSS ,SQL, and object oriented programming preferred
• Familiarity of popular frameworks such as Zend, Jquery, Drupal, etc.
• Experienced in database driven applications

Your Role: Work with a group of experienced developers and architects, design and develop an application service platform that serves millions of users everyday. The work covers both front- and back-ends of the system, including database, content cache, search, content generation and management, user interface, and websites.
